§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Tiefencode (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer. The version of the GTC valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.

§ 2 Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of Shopware 6 extensions (plugins) and related services such as development, consulting, support, and maintenance.

§ 3 Scope of Services

The scope of services is determined by the respective service description or individual offer. Supplementary agreements require written form.

§ 4 Usage Rights

The Provider grants the customer a simple, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the provided plugins. Usage is limited to the number of installations specified in the Shopware Store.

§ 5 Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros and exclude statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms specified in the offer or invoice.

§ 6 Warranty

The Provider warrants that the provided plugins have the agreed-upon properties at the time of delivery. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or third-party interference.

§ 7 Liability

The Provider has unlimited liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

§ 8 Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Portugal applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the Provider's registered office. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
